At the vanlife festival we will have a great mixture of day Traders and also a vibrant Night village which runs until 23:00pm Fri and Sat.
Our traders have the option to trade as either:
Day Traders – During daytime hours in the main trade area. (Friday 2pm – 6pm, Saturday 10 am to 6 pm. Sunday 10 am to 4 pm)
Day / Night Village Traders – During the day + Fri & Sat evenings. ( Day / Night village traders will be placed in our night village )

Traders Stand Pitch Fees
Traders can arrive from Thursday 30th May 2024 from 13:00 hrs.
Our pitch fees are only £7 + vat per sqm for the full event

Book Enough Space and Electric
Electricity
If you require electricity for your pitch you must bring your own PAT tested leads.
1 x Standard 3 pin socket £110 + vat for the weekend.
This will be available to book on the trade form.
DAY / NIGHT VILLAGE Traders - Set up / Breakdown Timings
- Friday eve. 6:00pm to 11:00pm. (Must be set up by 6:00pm. No traffic movement after this).
- Saturday 10:00am to 11:00pm.
- Sunday 10:00am to 4:00pm.
- Thursday 30th May: 1:00pm – 6:00pm.
- Friday 31st May: 10:00 am – 6:00pm (After this the show is open to the public from 6pm -11pm)
- Saturday 1st June: 8:00am – 9:30am (Main Trade gate reopens at 8:00am – 9:30am for trade set up only. After this the show is open to the public from 10:00am – 11:00pm)
- Sunday 2nd June: 8:00am – 9:30am (Main Trade gate reopens at 8:00am – 9:30am for trade set up & re-stock only. After this the show is open to the public at 10:00am – 4:00pm)
- This is ONLY permitted once the show is closed at 4:00pm on Sunday 2nd June, as per your terms and conditions on the booking form. Any traders who contravene this will not be invited back to trade at future shows. We owe this to our visitors who have some to see you.
- Once you have packed up on Sunday you are welcome to stay and join us for the ‘ Chill down’ if you wish, allowing you to leave by 2:00pm Monday 3rd June.
- If you want to leave on Sunday, the main gate will close at 8;00pm.
DAY TRADERS - Set up / Breakdown Timings -
Day Trading hours are:
- Friday 2:00pm to 6:00pm
- Saturday 10:00am to 6:00pm.

NOTE: During the above trading times, when the show is open to the public, there will be NO traffic movement allowed in the trade area without prior, special arrangement. (This is a condition of our insurance)
Arrival & Set up times for Day Traders:
- Thursday 30th May: 1:00pm – 6:00pm (After which a holding area operates until the following morning).
- Friday 31st May: 9:00am – 2:00pm AND 6:00pm – 8:00pm (After which a holding area operates until the following morning).
- Saturday 1st June: 8:00am – 9:30am (Main Trade gate reopens at 8:00am – 9:30am for trade set up only. After this the show is open to the public at 10:00am)
- Sunday 2nd June: 8:00am – 9:30am (Main Trade gate reopens at 8:00am – 9:30am for trade set up & re-stock only. After this the show is open to the public at 10:00am)
NOTE : You are very welcome to arrive on Thursday 30th May to allow you to set up nice and early without a rush at no extra cost.
