Trade Stall Information
At the vanlife festival we will have a great mixture of day Traders and also a vibrant Night village which runs until 23:00 Fri and Sat.
Our traders have the option to trade as either:
Day Traders – During daytime hours in the main trade area. (Friday 14:00 – 18:00, Saturday 10:00 to 18:00. Sunday 10:00 to 16:00)
Day / Night Village Traders – During the day + Fri & Sat evenings. ( Day / Night village traders will be placed in our night village )

Book Enough Space and Electric
Electricity
If you require electricity for your pitch you must bring your own PAT tested leads.
1 x Standard 3 pin socket £121 + vat for the weekend.
This will be available to book on the trade form.
DAY / NIGHT VILLAGE Traders - Set up / Breakdown Timings
- Thursday – Midday to 23:00
- Friday – 10:00 to 23:00
- Saturday – 10:00 to 23:00
- Sunday – 10:00 to 16:00
- * NEW * Wednesday 09:00 – 20:00
- Thursday : 08:00 – 11:00
- Friday 29th May: 08:00 – 09:30 (Main Trade gate reopens at 08:00 – 09:30 for trade set up / restock only. After this the show is open to the public at 10:00)
- Saturday 30th May: 08:00 – 09:30 (Main Trade gate reopens at 08:00 – 09:30 for trade set up / restock only. After this the show is open to the public at 10:00)
- Sunday 31st May: 08:00 – 09:30 (Main Trade gate reopens at 08:00 – 09:30 for trade set up & re-stock only. After this the show is open to the public at 10:00)
- This is ONLY permitted once the show is closed at 16:00 on Sunday, as per your terms and conditions on the booking form. Any traders who contravene this will not be invited back to trade at future shows, as leaving early has a damaging effect on the reputation of our Festival and services being offered to members of the public.
- Once you have packed away on Sunday you are welcome to stay and chill down if you wish, allowing you to leave by 13:00 Monday.
- If you want to leave on Sunday, the main gate will close at 20:00.
